Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • With all original packaging, seals, and labels intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Hygiene & safety policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.
This includes items where the seal has been broken or the product has been swatched or used in any way.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for all customers.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or tampered beauty products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.


European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

Items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging, and proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
